Company founded by Carlos Zanon, who after working in UK for years as architectural technician first for an architectural firm, Structural CAD technician or Technical Manager at the end for a precast concrete company, was able to return to Spain thanks to a business opportunity proposed by a colleague and friend called Nicholas Stockley, founder of Design Squared Architects.
That amazing trip started a few years ago, back in 2017. From then, we have grown as company that offers drafting solutions for companies located in the UK. We believe in a slow but strong growth, creating a close relationship with our clients. We don’t provide just drafters, we provide team members for our clients, but with the benefits of an external resource.
We adapt our services to each client’s requirements, with strong initial training. Our experienced team members can assist our clients in a wide range of services, from architecture to engineering, and in a wide range of software, from AutoCAD to MicroStation, Revit, or any other available on the market.
Our team is familiar with the complexities of UK policies and legislation. We understand the requirements of each local authority and are experienced with the Building Regulations.
